1) It was accepted for entry clearance and my first visa extension after 2.5 Years.
2) My IELTS score was 6.0 which meets the criteria of B1 Level.
3) My IELTS test centre is still on the list of approved test centre.
All above condition must be met for acceptance of expired English test as per UKBA guidance rules.
I suggest you search the forum yourself. The poster in this topic applied on SET(M) not SET(O).
I found many refusal cases for Set(M) application, but not a single one for Set(O).CR001 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 4:06 pmI suggest you search the forum yourself. The poster in this topic applied on SET(M) not SET(O).
Did I say anywhere in my post that refusals were for Set(O)?? No I didn't as I was referring specifically to Set(M) refusals as that is the route the OP was applying. Best to search the forum yourself, there have been many refusals for many reasons.ukvisat2 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 4:20 pmI found many refusal cases for Set(M) application, but not a single one for Set(O).CR001 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 02, 2019 4:06 pmI suggest you search the forum yourself. 1. The clue on a persons route would be the mention of 2.5 years x 2 visa, which is not PBS route but spouse settlement/FLR(M) visas.
