LESS WORKING HOURS ON STUDENT VISA. HELP!!

Hi. So i just got my Visa for tier 4. I was confused as i was under the impression that the international students are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week term time. But visa sticker on my passport says 10 hours per week term time? Is that supposed to be a mistake? My university also comes under the Student pilot Scheme. Can anyone guide me with this?

Page 51 in the link below explains who only qualifies for 10 hours work term time. You haven't stated what you are studying or at what level, so you will need to work it out.

Sorry. I'm doing a Msc post grad student.
My CAS states RQF/QCF/NQF 7 and it the also it states
'This student is eligible to participate in the Tier 4 Pilot as they are applying to study a Masters course of less than 13 months duration at an institution listed in Annex 5 of the Tier 4 Policy Guidance."
