10 Year Partner Router - Which form

Post by smir » Mon Sep 09, 2019 2:08 pm

Hello friends,
If you can help and guide me.

I am a British Citizen and my wife is Indian. We have 4 kids all British.

HO issued my wife 10 year Partner route 2.5 years visa previously via appeal (they asked for English test but we were unable to provide as her passport was with HO under appeal.

She is already legally 6 years in the UK now.

She has passed A2 trinity test.
And her 2.5 visa finishes this month.

Which visa should she apply ?

Which form ? As online seems confusing

What course of action will be good.

I can show 18500 salary.

Please guide me

It is the family route but this form STILL shows the English test question and if you do meet requirements. I went through same application with my brother in law yesterday.

No idea if they will issue a FLR M 5 year stay if you meet the requirements by filling a FLR FP form.

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.
