Hi All,

Please can applicants that submitted post July 31st receive the standard/automated emails from UKVI stating application received, being prepared, considered etc. As the contact email on my application is my solicitor’s and they haven’t received any and I’ve been having to call Ukvi for status updates.

There is a specific topic you are aware of on applicants who have applied abroad and still waiting. We don't need a topic for date specific applications!!

Settlement spouse visas can take between 12 weeks and 6 months, sometimes longer.

You need to wait to hear back. There isn't anything you can do to speed it up.
