Citizenship document checklist

Post by ScoobyLondon » Wed Sep 11, 2019 12:29 pm

My wife has just completed 5 years as spouse of British citizen and 2 weeks ago applied for ILR (SET-M) which was successful.

Just about to submit the Citizenship application for my wife - does the below document checklist look good or is there anything else I need to add?

This below list was generated from the online application.

I intend to take additional documentation to UKVCAS (utility bill, child birth certificate, bank statement, etc) just in case.

Document checklist

1) The passport issued by Pakistan for applicant
Applicant’s current passport, all pages scanned

2) Applicant's proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions
Home office letter and BRP

3) Applicant's Life in the UK Test pass notification
LIUK Certificate

4) Current Biometric Residence Permit for Applicant
BRP

5) Applicant's certificate proving you have a speaking and listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher
Trinity College B1 Certificate used as part of the ILR application 2 weeks ago

6) Proof of living in the UK for Applicant
Current and previous passport showing all entry, exit stamps

7) Your marriage or civil partnership certificate
UK marriage certificate

8) Two referee declarations for Applicant
Two referees form, signed and dated with photo

9) Applicant's evidence of identity
Passport and Driving Licence

10) One proof of British citizenship for Applicant's spouse (such as a passport or UK citizenship certificate)
Current UK British passport for applicant’s spouse (me)

thanks

For the 2) Applicant's proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions, is BRP good enough? The letter from HO is very general and it doesn't even have our names on. Any clarification please?
