Student visa and PSW

Hi Team,

My sister came to the UK in Jan 2019 and studying MSc., computer science at Northumbria University in London. It's two years course and she will finish her graduation in Jan 2021.

We heard the latest news about the post-study work visa is back from next year. My question: is my sister eligible to apply for the post-study work visa.
