I guess most of these 188K people are those of us who couldn't produce our ex-spouse's valid ID. Something weird is going on. I am yet to meet anyone who's got a decision based on ROR and could not produce the ex's valid ID.
I provide his reference number( he was granted settled status before I applied) but i am in same boat. Application done 25 August, Coa received on 27th but nothing heard since that. I am quite worried now. Why its takes long?
I admit yours should be going quickerNeNe26 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 4:22 pmI provide his reference number( he was granted settled status before I applied) but i am in same boat. Great read nene, considering my luck i would love to read about that one case refused on suitability grounds.NeNe26 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 4:53 pmhttps://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... t-2019.pdf EU Settlement Scheme Statistics, August 2019
Haha lets hope there is no 2nd
@iibdii I uploaded 2 proofs of my residence with my wife (council tax and tenancy agreement), my wife's passport, her birth certificate, our marriage certificate and our family registration certificate. I called the HO a couple of time and explained why I need my decision as soon as possible. They put a note in my file everytime. But haven't heard anything. Do you think involving the local MP would speed things up? I can wait for another week but I have seen people waiting for 3 months or so and I don't want that for myself.iibdii wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 5:14 pmGreat read nene, considering my luck i would love to read about that one case refused on suitability grounds.NeNe26 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 4:53 pmhttps://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... t-2019.pdf EU Settlement Scheme Statistics, August 2019

I have been waiting since April and nothing yet and every time I call or send an email they tell me the same thing’ that everything is ok but you have to wait because the case worker is doing some manual checks what manual checks exactly I dont know!!! last time they told me that ppl who been on Tier 4 Students before their applications tends to take longer than usual
well gd luck to all of us and hopefully we hear gd news sooner than later.
I am thinking to contact them but i do not know what to say, i mean i am not on hurry. My BRP expires in 2022 so this means i have all rights til December 2020(deadline date), but on the another hand i am really worried why it's takes long. I am family member to EEA since 2012. First family Permit granted in 2012, then after divorce Retained right to residence granted in 2017, so they have all this information(hopefully ) so only thing i had to prove it was no absence during this time, which i did. So what they are checking more? Plus i gave them his reference number(he got settled status already) Why it should take this long? Some friends of mine got approved in 1-2 working days. I am worried and confused.iibdii wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 8:59 pmHaha lets hope there is no 2nd
My 5 year EU permit expired in January 19.
I was refused PR and also lost appeal in FTT,
Im stressed that they don't refuse me based on same ground if they see details of last application.
I had no marriage certificate so i submitted my partner passport and our bills, statements upto sept 19 and birth certificate of our child who is 5 all thos along with my expired eea permit
Hello again Dr khan, please understand they might need to wait for the turn for decision, but when i called i said i dont mind how long you take for decision but i need certificate of application so i can prove that i can work. I suggest ask for COA only once you get it you will be able to start work and let them take their time,DrSSKhan wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2019 9:07 pm@iibdii I uploaded 2 proofs of my residence with my wife (council tax and tenancy agreement), my wife's passport, her birth certificate, our marriage certificate and our family registration certificate. Hi Bunny,
Looks like they don't know what to do with people unable to provide id of their ex.
I have been waiting from May under Zambrano carer and so are a couple of us.Adnane2015 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 13, 2019 2:09 amAnybody waiting from JUNE ? I hope others will not be mislead by the 4 days process been put up on by them

I do not think this is a case, provide them "Sponsor's" ref means that you giving them not only ID, you giving them all information about him/her but still nothing heard from them, so thats not a case to not providing EX Id to worried about. I think is something els going onBunny47 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 13, 2019 1:55 pmLooks like they don't know what to do with people unable to provide id of their ex.
oke, what is Zambrano ! I first time heard of itTopsibelle wrote: ↑Fri Sep 13, 2019 2:44 pmI have been waiting from May under Zambrano carer and so are a couple of us.Adnane2015 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 13, 2019 2:09 amAnybody waiting from JUNE ? I don't even know if my ex have applied or not and never gave them reference number.NeNe26 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 13, 2019 3:00 pmI do not think this is a case, provide them "Sponsor's" ref means that you giving them not only ID, you giving them all information about him/her but still nothing heard from them, so thats not a case to not providing EX Id to worried about. Hi Bunny I mentioned already that i gave them his reference number(so gave them all information) but anyway mine takes long as well. That i was meaning that you guys who didi not provide ex Id you do not have to be worried about, that not a reason may they will refuse or takes long. By the way only one person refuse in 1,5 million application and that man had a serious criminal records, thats why. I watched this in Home office official site. So we are not in his boat.Bunny47 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 14, 2019 12:35 amI don't even know if my ex have applied or not and never gave them reference number.NeNe26 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 13, 2019 3:00 pmI do not think this is a case, provide them "Sponsor's" ref means that you giving them not only ID, you giving them all information about him/her but still nothing heard from them, so thats not a case to not providing EX Id to worried about.
