Settled Status Non EU sponsoring parents

Hi sorry i am not able to make new topic so i wanna ask my question here.


I got my settled status as eu Partner(divorced)..i have indian passpirt and residence card till 2023 but i got my settled status in April ....my question is

Can i send sponsorship to my parents for visit me ?? Or not?

2. You cannot sponsor your parents to live in the UK under the EU route as you are not an EU citizen.

Even i have settled status in uk under EU scheme.
Bcoz this settled status showing ILR... .

I just want to sponsor them to visit me for 3 4 months..

You can sponsor them for a visitor visa but they still have to prove strong ties to home country and convince the ECO that they will leave the UK.

They already been australia last year and my dad still have australian visa valid yet.



I was only confused about me ... bcoz i have indian passport and settled status And residence card valid yet...so thanks for info.
