Applying for ILR - Main and dependent at the same time

Post by ukgendep » Tue Sep 17, 2019 1:27 pm

Hello everyone,

Our (wife and mine) Tier 2 visa was issued on 21/10/2014 and we arrived in the UK on 25/11/2014.
I am the main applicant and wife has joined me as a dependent.

I had couple of questions regarding my application as follows,
1. After reading multiple forums, I think I will be eligible to apply for ILR after 23/09/2019 (https://www.timeanddate.com/date/datead ... ad=28&rec=) Is that correct?

2. Does the 28 day before 5 years anniversary of the Visa issue date apply to the dependent as well so that it will be okay to apply at the same time (after 23/09/2019) as myself?

3. The documents I plan to submit are,
Main and dependent
Consent form for Home Office to verify applicant information
Current passports (scanned every single page, including blank ones)
Current Biometric residence permits
3 months bank statements
Life in the UK test certificates
B1 SELT examination certificates

Main
3 months salary slips printed online and a cover letter to confirm that these are authentic. The payslips and cover letter were signed and stamped by my company's HR.
Letter from employer to cover: all absences from the UK, SOC code, confirmation I am still required for the employment for the foreseeable future, salary is above the appropriate rate, annual salary, and weekly working hours. This letter was signed by HR.

Is there anything else required?

4. Are there any other documents that needs to be submitted for the dependent application?

Thank you all in advance.
