Hello Gurus and expert
I may have messed up my wife's extension not sure. Visa expires 20 Sept.
I have ILR since Feb 2017, Our son 4.5 years old British passport holder.
I started working through my company opened Oct 2018, which means I haven't filed corp tax yet. I have been paying myself £1500 per month from my own company since March 2019 and wife is getting £700 per month which makes £26400.
They are asking for contract and signed letter from both ours employment etc, Would I be able to use my payslips from own company to show financial requirement?
also I think normally FLRM visa is for 2.5yrs can we apply just for one year so we save on nhs surchare?
Thank you in advance

You need to read the pages 67-69 of Appendix FM Section 1.7 Appendix.

You aren't able to reduce the 2.5 year period.

Thanks both.
Quick question, As I have been careless on pay, mine is £18000 (£18600 required?) and hers is £8400 but as I have to choose regular amount not meeting requirement, they asking 12months payslip, can I choose regular amount and meeting financial requirement so they only ask for 6 months payslip?
If this doesn't workout and they refuse Can she apply for FLR-FP or is it worth trying FLR-FP now on the basis on Son's British citizenship?
She came to the country 20 Aug 2010, can she apply for ILR on 10years route on July 2020?

yes provided she kept renewing her visas or lodging appeals in timely and never be away from UK for more than 180 days at anytime during her last 10 years.

If you don't have all the mandatory documents as stated in Appendix 1.7 for the financial requirement, then you likely only have the option of FLR(FP), which will reset her ILR 5 year clock by the way.
A letter explaining whatever will carry little weight.

Thanks CR001, but is she not entitled for her ILR through 10years route regardless in July 2020 as she came to country on August 2010?

I did clearly state her 5 year ILR route is reset!!!
I have also not disputed the advice a previous user gave about 10 years ILR!!!

Doing FLR FP form on private life, it still asks for work detail and asking for 6 months payslip and letter from employer? anyone got experience, comes back to same thing again do I write letter to my self from company or simply say No do does your partner work?

See seagul's advice in the first reply to this post on the relevant pages to consult in the guidance document for this situation. You must supply evidence beyond payslips if you are employed by a company owned by yourself, a partner or specified family members.

She applies for flr fp partner route, not private life. The 10 year FLR fp partner route does not have financial or English requirements.

Good Afternoon
Seeking some advise from experienced members please.
I applied for private life as that was the only option looking through previous thread linked on above post as FLR fp was taking to flr m.
They have asked for further information which was provided already but I am sending them again as below:
1. Son's pssport(british)
2. Full birth cirtificate for him showing mom/dad's name
3. letter showing he lives with us ie from school/gp etc which I have it.
4. Sign and return all enclosed consent forms
now on this they have enclosed: consent for the home office to verify information from third party sponsor, As per my understanding this was not required? we have said she works(salary doesn't meet required income) hence provided letter from her employer and payslips for 6 months £700 per month.
What do I do?

If there are no third-party sponsors involved, getting this specific consent form completed is probably not necessary (the other 2 are necessary to complete). I wrote "not applicable" on it and submitted it anyway so as to avoid any confusion as to whether or not it was needed to support the application, this is not necessarily required though.

Quick update, did as geoeng said above. She's been granted visa for further 30 months.
Thanks all for advice, time for her to start reading life in the uk book now as she is eligible to apply for ILR in July 2020.
Thank you all!
Timeline: visa application 19 sept.
Bio-metric/document submission 11 Nov( I delayed intentionally as if they are to refuse I would drag thing to July and apply for ILR.)
Further document provided 28 Nov by email.
Visa granted 12 Dec.

Are you sure? she will be applying for ILR via her own 10years route, she came in aug 2010. When I got my ILR 2years ago all I gave was PP and life in the uk test certificate.

If she kept getting her extensions without fulfilling the English language requirement under flrfp route then still she won't be exempted from English language test at ILR stage which is same for all coming from any route.

She needs minimum English A2 for a FLR M extension.
She can also do B1 then covered for ilr too when she gets to that point.
