MN1 referee

I have recently got my ILR and I am in the process of filling MN1 for my kids. It requires a referee who has dealt with a child in professional capacity and I am struggling to get a referee for my 3 month old.

GP said they have stopped giving references about 12 months ago and wouldn’t give a letter confirming why they can't give us a reference, and the health visitor is on leave till end of this month. However the midwife has given a letter saying why she can't give references (due to personal info like address and Passport numbers etc... ) Since he is only 3 MONTHS these are the only three people who had dealt with the child and I am out of options now. What’s the best thing to do in this situation?

For my 4 year old child I have got the nursery manager’s reference. Will that be OK?

Does this mean that I have to get a letter from everyone who has dealt with the child or just a letter from midwife will be enough.
