Important q for form filling

Hi

I have some q regarding application form as below

1. Q B25: Please select the applicant's main occupation from the following list
Now I am working in software services. What should I select in this case
--Science and technology Professional
--Science and technology Associate Professional

2. Q D4: where can I find reference number for visa

3. H1 Field of study: I have done MCA. So should my field of study be Computer Application or Computer Science as Computer Application is not available on the BIA website

4. I have a 10 days gap in my salary where I was on UK payroll but did not get any Payslip from my company. Would it be fine I show res of month pay as my entire pay for month
