Dear group,

From 2007 sept to Jan 2008 i was in Singapore on work permit, I didn't like the work there, so returned back to India.My Singapore work permit is valid for 2years i.e. till sept 2009.
Now i wanna apply for UK HSMP Tuer1(general) visa.
will it be a problem in any way

Not a problem in any way. Don't forget to change your earnings in appropriate way. For more details please see Tier 1 guidance notes.
