FLP (FP) - 5 year route

Hello,
Please I need advice. My husband and I was granted 2.5 years FLR as parents of a British Child. We both do not have settled status. We are due to renew our visa and considered 5 year route. Please do you think we will qualify as we both are on Further Leave to Remain and its only our child that has settled status.

I will appreciate if someone can advise?
