Dear Members.
I have submitted my application today. After submission I was directed to Soapra to book an appointment.
They ask me login details and password, however I never registered with them before. I am very confused. I have choosed Super Prioriry Service.
I rang twice to their number which starts 0900 after 2 minutes the call dropped and charge me £2.50 per min.
Can anyone in the same situation or has any experience pls advise.
Thanks

Have you used the same email address for any other UKVCAS application also?

No entirely new email address. My solicitor submitted my application and i was with him. When the page open he asked me do I have any account with them before so I said no.
He told me that sometimes there is an issue with the online system so wait and try again after 0600pm.
There is no otherway to contact them.

Hi Hina
Don't worry. That is correct, it does ask for login and password when you haven't even setup the account and leaves you confused.
So go back to that link and just enter the email address you used to submit the application and enter a new password. It will work.
Try that. It should be fine.

Hi,
Still not clear which link I need to go. If I will enter the new password so there will be the login issue.
The link takes me to the option where i click on Bookin Tag.
Once the sopra page open it ask me login ID and password.
Pls further explain with example.

Try logging in your UVVI account. Go to Step 7 the further actions page and try the “book an appointment” link again from there.

Try entering the same username and password that you used to sign up while filling up the application form.

I did all what you advise.
This is good business to Earn money.
Today I call their number topup £10 in my sims 5 times means £50. When the call connected they ask too much details and balance gone and line disconnected.
I took cap off from my sims and call directly. After 2 min they say no agent avilable so call another time. Total minutes 15min cost me £45.
Today i spend £95 without any reason. What kind of people are they and what we are getting. Only one time the person said he will send me the new link today at the end of worling day.
Why they have premimum service. After paying £32080
Fee and again pay for call. I am not happy anf its make me frustrated.

This must be frustrating! I understand but as I recently used the service. Once you click the from the ILR form to book an appointment it asks you to send an email to register and then you receive a one time registration code as below
In case you are using browsing from a mobile phone try using a different device or a different browser. Maybe the Captcha or a thing is not loading in properly.

Also, are you sure you typed in the correct email address with no errors, otherwise you obviously won't get the email if you made an error.

When you submit the application, that account gives you the option to book appointment. When you click book appointment, it takes you to UKVCAS Sopra Steria page and then they ask for the login details.
So when you get re-directed to UKVCAS Sopra Page and then enter the login details you used to submit your visa application.
you'll receive an authentication code to use which needs
This is how how i did it and it worked fine at that time. I am not sure what the issue is at your end.

Hi many thanks for all of ur advises.
Its was my solicitor email address. So he received the link but he didn't check and left me in the situation where I spent money for nothing.
Now I have booked my appointment and pay £100 extra for appointment day and time. Coz there were no appointments avilable for months.
Thanks to all.

Good grief.. what a stupid man ur lawyer is. Putting his own email and asking you if you had registered before.
