You are likely to get leave to remain within 6 to 8 weeks.Farhadtajik67 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2019 11:50 pmHello everyone,
Ive done fresh claim in 2017 but the HO refused my fresh claim so we decided to go for JR.
The permission was granted for JR but the HO sent us a letter stating that they will reconsider they’re decision within 3 months and asked us to take back our application for JR.
After few weeks HO sent me letter saying that my BRP needs to be done witching 5 working days. So I did the BRP on the 16th may.
Does anyone know why the HO said they will reconsider theyr deduction and why they sent me BRP ?
Could anyone help me please?
Thank you

Hello there, I did my interview two weeks ago. I got the interview invite 6 months after lodging my asylum application. Now it just waiting game which could be more than 6 months or a yearor even more.
Is this your initial application or fresh claim?
And if you don't mind, what's the basis of ur claim?
