Online application not showing priority option?

Online application not showing priority option?

Hi, just trying to complete online application for ILR (10 years) and there is no option for premium or super priority?

My spouse vida expires on 11 October 2019, is this the reason ?

And, is it possible to upgrade standard application to priority these days?

Page 166 to 168 in the link below. Many experiencing the same issue. Likely due to high demand and no available appointments.

No. Your date of biometric appointment is irrelevant. As long as you apply online and submit/pay, you have made an in time application regardless of whether your appointment is after your visa expires.

No.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to assure you that you have up to 45 working days to book an appointment once your application form has been submitted.
I bet it means we can switch to super priority from standard within 45 days?

No it does not. There is NO longer an option to 'upgrade' to priority.

The note simply means exactly what it says, you have 45 days to book an appointment.
