Tier1 visa application form (from within UK)

Hi,

As per my knowledge, some changes were introduced on 30 June related to Tier1 visa applications.

Could anybody please point me to the correct application form to be submitted for applying Tier1 General Visa (initial application) from within UK?

I saw a form on UKBA site, it was for 60 odd pages, hence got confused.

Thanks for the link. The form is indeed having 65 pages. Just one minor question:

Has any preference been mentioned with regard to double-sided or single sided copy of the application form?

My question might look very stupid, but getting a bit nervous, hence confirming before submitting the application.

Page 7 of the form says:

If you are producing a double-sided copy of this
application form, please include this page and
make sure it falls on the reverse of the payment
details page in the two-sided copy.

So there's your answer. In addition, you would be doing mother earth some favour, if you save 33 odd pages (by printing double sided copy of the form)

Hi,

Page 6 of the application form mentions that Page 6 should be at the back of Page 4 [Payment page]. Also, it is mentioned that after the payment page, the form should start with Section2 - Applicant's Details (Page 7).

As mentioned by you, I do want to use a double-sided copy of the app form.

The question is: As per above, where do I keep page5 (Section A21)?

I saw this question posted by someone else as well, but didn't find any answer.
