Applicatation form pls for Tier-1

Hi,
I am applying for Tier-1 (HSMP) from india.

How much Do I need to pay ? £600 / £750 ??

Can any one send download link for application form.

thanks for your immediate response.

I could download the application form from the below link

but payment details showing £750, But as per the guidelines if I am applying from India I should pay only £600. I don't find that in application form.

If any one know where to download the application from please send me the exact URL.

If you know well which application to fill please let me know exactly.

No offence, but can't help if you fail to understand what's written in plain English. Inspite of people having told you where to look, you have still failed to figure it all out. You make it sound like Tier 1 = rocket science!

Let's see if the following helps solve this complex problem for you:-
1.Having read through the relevant section on the webpage I had linked earlier, it shouldn't be difficult to understand that if one is applying from outside the UK then one has access the UKVisas website to figure out the application procedure(s) in the country where the application is made.
2. On selecting India from the list of countries, the UKVisas website tells you that you have to apply through VFS. The VFS website, in turn, links back to the UKVisas webpage for application forms relevant to you.
3. Do the UKBA, UKVisas or VFS websites suggest anywhere that you must use the form(s) available on the UKBA website, when applying from outside the UK? If not, how did you come to such a conclusion? On your own??

I am unable to comprehend why such a simple thing has confused you. And if you are (still) confused, I've nothing to add.
