Maintance Fund-15days delay statement

Hi,

I use to get my bank Statement from 15th date( 15th May-15th June) and I receive a statement on 20th. Can I apply on 5th of July ? with last 3 months of bank statement ??

or Do I need to apply with 7days of statement (before 24th june) ???

Where do you want to apply from? Within uk or outside uk? If you are applying from within uk, your statement should be no older than 30 days, if you are applying from outside uk, statement should be no older than 7 days.

I am applying from india only. But My bank statements are from UK bank
I came back to Inda and now the statemnt is 15days old.

Your bank statement for maintenance funds should not be older than 7 days. As suggested elsewhere, take 1-2 hours spare time and please read Tier 1 guidance notes very carefully.
