Dear Marc,
I got ILR in July and she completed 5 years under Tier1 dependant.
I completed form Set(O) and it generated mandatory document as @ declaration signed by me” that’s why she asked me to do that.
Consent Forms Part1 and 2 were already uploaded.
Application is clearly under Tier1 Dependent route.
