You do not have the pay extra for bio-metrics. Once you have applied online (I applied via AccessUK) they will take you to their partner website VFS, where you can book the appointment.
My husband had his own evidence to submit and done this at his bio-metrics appointment (for a fee).
They are unlikely to take responsibility should things go wrong.smithy101 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2019 7:35 amMy husband had his own evidence to submit and done this at his bio-metrics appointment (for a fee).
I had the bulk of it scanned to VFS in the UK.
I did have a worry that my submission would override his but I think I was thinking too much into it and when I called VFS and was assured that all evidence will under the same reference would be considered as one.
You won't have to pay extra, if self-uploading.
Thank you very much this really helpssmithy101 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2019 7:33 amYou do not have the pay extra for bio-metrics. Once you have applied online (I applied via AccessUK) they will take you to their partner website VFS, where you can book the appointment.
Yes, submit your evidence in the UK after his appointment. You can either self scan and upload for free via the VFS website (this was a real pain for me), or go to one of the scanning centres and have one of the representatives scan it in for you. If you choose to go to the VFS centre, you will be charged £75 for them to scan everything in.
