Spouse Visa Bank statements

Hi,

I wanted to know 2 things on spouse visa application UK. Please could anyone advise on the following it would be highly appreciated:

1. Bank Statements - If i provide bank statements for last 6 months from 8th April to 8th October. Would that be ok? It shows 6 months of my salary as i get paid on last day of the month and earn above the requirement.

30th April
31st May
30th June
31st July
31th August
30th September

2. If i own my home do i need to get a property inspection done if i have 3 bedroom house and live with parents?

Hi,

I have a conflicting information:-

Some people are saying that I need a property inspection report.

My house is mortgaged and it is named under the name of myself, my mum and dad. So 3 names on the mortgage.

Please could someone give me the best informative advice.
