Tier 2 general extension

Post by yash_d » Sun Oct 06, 2019 7:03 pm

Hello my query is regarding tier 2 general extension
1. If the employer and SOC code does not change there is no need for new RMLT?
2. what would be the threshold salary for SOC code 2215 dentists when applying for extension (experienced worker) and would this be dependant on number of hrs working per week? like pro rata?
3. how long before the expiry of BRP can the application for extension be made?

Thank you

Extension for same job, same employer (nothing change) doesn't require an RMLT because your job is not put back in the market for hiring. You are just extending your administrative status.
