Not received the BRP collection letter for my Child

Hi all,
Me and my 7 years child applied for Tire 2 General & Tire 2 General dependent- Child visa on 30th Sep 2019 and on 4th OCT we received the confirmation via email & SMS that the decision has been made for both the application. I have visited the VFS center and collected both the application, but I have received my passport with 30 days sticker in passport with 4 years decision letter where as my child have 3 months visa sticker but no letter for her BRP. I have already travelled to UK with my child, but do not know how to get my daughter's BRP letter? Both of us paid 4 years visa fees as well as health surcharge for 4 years.

Kindly help if you have any information on the same.
