Hi,
I have arrived in UK 2nd May 2015 my visa was issued on 2nd April 2015.
I have changed 4 jobs.
1st leave April 2015 to Dec 2015 got curtailment letter on feb 2016 and was given time till April 2016.
2nd leave granted on March 31st and start date is April 4th 2016 to April 2018. Resigned the job and applied for new job.
3rd leave May 2018 to October 2018 resigned and applied for new job.
4th leave October 2018 to April 2021 currently working here.
Now will I be eligible for ILR in March 2020 as my first leave granted was on 2nd April 2015 but the date of first entry in UK is May 2015.
The first and second employers companies are already closed. Now I will not be able to get the leave of absences from them 3rd and 4th employers will be able to give all documents.
For last 5 years I have changed 5 addresses and I have rental agreement with me for only 2 houses will this be ok.
And between 1st and 2nd leave there is gap of more then 60 days.
What documents would require to show for confirming my continues period
Absences outside UK.
May 17th 2017 to May 23rd 2017.
March 3rd 2018 to March 13th 2018
2nd, 3rd and 4th leaves are granted within UK.
Please advice on my case

You do not need to have any evidence to show you had continuous stay. You need employer letter though

Hi,
I entered UK on tier 2 general visa on 2nd of May 2015 and my frist job was redundant on 8th of December 2015. I got curtailment letter on feb 25th to file a new application before 25th April 2016. I filed an application on 31st March 2016 and got an approval. 2nd job started and end date is 30th March 2018. I filed for 3rd job on May 21st 2018 and start date was June 1st. This job I left on September and got 4th job which is the current one started on October 24th.
Now I am due for ILR in 2020 March.
1. Will I be able to file for ILR on March 5th which is 28 days before leave of remain granted date (April 2nd 2015) or will it be date of entry which is (2nd of May 2015).
2. I have more then 60 days gap from my first employer and second employer will it be a problem as I received curtailing letter. (Feb 2016).
3. I have not filed in tax returns and currently getting paid rate is £50000.
4. My SOC code changed twice 2135 to 2137 and 2136 will it be a problem.
5. I have 5 Loss of pay during my five year period.
6. My previous employer is not giving the leave of absence letter which is outside UK will it be a problem.
7. In London I was always in shared accommodation I do not have any council tax bills or utility bills during 2015 to 2018. In Set O application they are asking who paid the rent what should I say here. As I was giving to the shared owner they were managing the rents. Will this create a problem.
8. My 4th job started on October 24th 2018 and I moved to Glasgow. But my husband has job in London hence he did not move here, till April 2019 I have taken an flat for rent in Glasgow and in rental agreement or council my husband name is not there he joining me in October 2019. He also complete 5 years on same date as we both entered UK on same date now I will add him in the bills will the cohabitation be a problem for him as we need to submit last two years address proof.
9. I had a second employer during October 2015 to March 2016 for 20 hrs now during this period I was not working for my first employer will this be an issue as my sponsor made me redundant and my 2nd sponsorship started on April 2016.
10. I have bank overdraft since last 1 year is it and issue.
Please advice

Still no need to keep starting new topics.
Your overdraft is irrelevant.
Cohabitation documents are required if you and your spouse are applying at the same time. If not, then it is not required.

Thank you Cr001 just clarification in the setO form they are asking who paid the rent in 2018 we stayed with relatives for some months they added us in bills will it be a problem as I use to give the money my relative and direct debits where in his name. What should I mention in the application.
In co-habitation will bank statements will do as address proof,Hmrc letters and others.
My previous employer is not giving leave of absence letters outside UK is it ok.
Thank you so much

The form obviously does not ask for proof of rent payments!!!
