If an applicant is required to provide specified documents from their employer
explaining their absences and fails to do this, and the absences do not exceed 30
working days plus statutory public holidays per annum (for example, such absences
are likely to be consistent with paid annual leave), you can choose, having regard to
all the circumstances of the case, to consider the application without this
documentation.
You still need evidence where the absences in a 12 month period (as defined above)
exceed 30 working days plus statutory public holidays
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -v18.0.pdf
Also time difference between India and UK is irrelevant. Absence periods are counted from the date you left the UK and the date you entered the UK
@Zimba you mentioned that time difference is irrelevant, then what date should I fill in the form the date I actually entered in the UK or the date is wrongly stamped. My actual date of entry was 6 sept and the date wrongly stamped as 5th sept.

This family consent form - Does this need uploading as well or just take it with me to application centre.
Also I am a single applicant
I can see I need to fill PART 1: Consent for the Home Office to verify application information
Do I need to fill PART 2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information
and PART 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor
as well?

There are 3 parts. Sign the part that is applicable to you and upload.

I switched from Tier 4 -> Tier 2 and visa was granted on 15 November 2014 in UK but my start date with the company was 15th December 2014. As this was one month wait between my joining date, I went to my home country India because I was waiting to start job. So, I went to India from 1st Dec 2014 -> 14th Dec 2014.
Before I left that company A I managed to find a job with Company B which sponsored my visa but my start date with that company B was 22nd August 2017(As per COS the start date was 1st August 2017 but due to I received visa late they changed start date to 22nd Aug 2017) so again during that time I went to India for 19 days as I was again waiting to start with new company.
As the holidays 1st dec- 14 Dec 2014
And Holidays from 1st Aug 2017 - 19 Aug 2017
Is not mentioned in any letters, what should I do? A cover letter is needed?
Please let me know ASAP

How can either company give a letter of absence for those dates when you weren’t working with them. Relax. You just mention them in a cover letter as you have here.

@aman90 thanks a lot.
So do I need to print that cover letter also and take it to appointment?
or just write cover letter, sign and upload?

@Zimba @CULLIAN @aman90 @CR001
My ILR Application was approved around 5 days ago, through email confirmation. Only status on old brp is updated to
We can't show your record
You will need to prove your right to work by showing an employer your identity document – your EU passport or national identity card, or biometric residence document.
And I still haven't received my BRP.
What should I do?
