Spouse visa

Hello

If someone is on spouse visa and their visa is curtailed due to relationship breakdown and if they are given 60 days (which I assume is common practice), can they apply for ILR (LR) from UK within those 60 days if they are eligible based on 10 years lawful stay.

Yes if they meet the requirements.
