BRP receiving.

Hello,

I recently applied for change of job/sponsor in my tier 2 general visa. My visa application was successful and I received email from home office on 14th October. I am waiting since then to receive my BRP which was supposed to be delivered within 7 days. The issue is, I need to join my new company which is in different city.

So my question is :
Can someone else receive my BRP at my home in my absence ?
Can I inform home office to send the BRP at my new company's address ?

If there is someone at home, DX would deliver the letter with the BRP.

I have seen DX refusing to leave the letter with concierge or company reception but never with a relative who opens the door.
