Hi may I ask u what should I put as the time I have spent in the uk if I 25 days before ?? (As it says I can apply 28 days advance) should it be 9 yrs 11 months 5 days Or 10 years ???

Exact period.
No point to embellish as HO can very well do the calculation from the date of entry the application is based upon.
