This is irrelvant. The requirement to skip the 12 months is that you must be married to a British citizen, regardless of the route to ILR and regardless of when the British spouse became British. You could have become British yesterday and she could have still applied today if she held ILR.But she got married as a tier 1 general dep
Yes, as you have misunderstood. Citizenship is not based on your immigration route. It is completely different rules to immigration rules.So it’s my mistake we hv wait

Make sure that she was physically present in the UK 3 years ago on the date she submits and pays online.
What '5 years documents' are you thinking about? Citizenship has minimal documents.

I don’t know where to get the referee form I hv already fill the form online this application is belong to my wife is the same form when we will paper form
