Tier 2: Change of Employer, adding dependencies in the process

Hello

I am planning to change my sponsor of tier 2 visa. however my family are not yet on my current visa.

the question is, whilist appying for new visa under new employer, can i include my family originaly not on the first visa, in the application itself,

if not posible, then how soon can my family join me?
