Dependent Visa renewal after main applicant got ILR

Hi,
I was granted ILR based on Tier 2 General visa yesterday. Now, I have to process my spouse visa extension. She was on Tier 2 general dependent visa.

Should i have to renew her visa on Tier 2 dependent or ILR dependent ? Please suggest

Tier 2 dependent visa. It will be a 3 year extension.

90 days maintenance funds of £630 required.
