mistake on endorsement of dependent visa vignette

In the endorsement of my wife's (dependent) vignette 30 day visa, my name has been wrongly printed "P G Ramdas", instead of "P N Ramdas".

I am going to contact the visa application centre for changing my name on her vignette. Do you have suggestions how to go about it? Would this create any problem at Indian immigration and UKBA? Any experiences, please share..

We got a response from the UK Visa Decision making centre in Sheffield. They asked me to submit the passport to correct the endorsement. My wife wrote an email to the Deputy High Commission, Chennai, but she got a response from UK DMC.
