For a spouse visa does the applicant only need to show any Convictions, or does the sponsor also need to show any previous history. Thanks

Quickest way to become eligible for spouse visa is through 6 months old savings of at least £62500. Otherwise you will have to work for same employer for 6 months in order to meet the financial requirement.mavaas11 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 05, 2018 10:26 pmHello,
I've been married since May 2013, however as I have been ill and not being able to work. I was wondering if I applied for a spouse visa, how long do I need payslips, bank statements for.
I've heard you need them for full 12 months, as it has been a significant time period between marriage and application.
I would appreciate any advice
Thanks in advance![]()
There is no 'in person' option for applications from abroad. Priority or standard only. Priority is not guaranteed though.
Many members got success without it but still as a precaution just fill it and attach.
