Just a quick question about how you obtained employment history from hmrc?

Ive also lost some documents and cant find some contracts. I found this form but it says use it to claim compensation.

Hi, I have used this form and in the "Claim details" in "others" I stated: Home Office application.

I just noticed I forget to update my home address in the driving license. I live here for almost 2 years if this will affect a good character? and can I apply now or when the address will be updated in DVLA?

This is not an issue for "good character" - no need to delay the application.
Clearly you should update your address with DVLA as soon as possible.
