But I still don't know waht is the decision, approval or refusal. Just pray and pray. I will let you know if I got the decision.

Hello yhdyhd,

Why not you call HSMP team on 0114 259 1894 and confirm about your decision?
I'd rather be a could-be if I cannot be an are; because a could-be is a maybe who is reaching for a star.

I am a out-of-the-country applicant. I sent an email to wpcustomers@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk to inquire my application status and get the reply next day.

I would like to give the details after I know the decision, for I still don't know whether my case is successful or not.

They do tell decisions on the phone. They told me and someone else on this forum also enquired about the decision on the phone.
Call them and they will tell you.
I think you will get your documents back today or tommorow anyways.

yes, even i have noticed that this email address is very friendly these days. Previously the other HSMP.team@ind.... address used to reveal soemthing but these days, they just reply u with automated answer. I had even written to wpcustomers last week, and a the enxt day, i giot replying stating my "application has been alloted to the case worker, but decision is not yet made" i sent a mail again inquiring about whether they have reached to the decision yet, and surprisignly they asked me my full name and natioanlity as well as DOB once again. Anyways, but at elast they replied.

I have sent this info last night only, so expecting to hear soemthgin by tonight or at elast tomorrow. If i don't see any reply from them today or tomorrow, i will once again try to call them.
