Supporting docs query.

Post by tier1-immigrant » Thu Nov 07, 2019 11:17 pm

Hi all
Applying for naturalization.

Q1 Would passport be a sufficient supporting document for below:
1. Identity and nationality
2. Proof of living in the UK
3. Evidence of identity

Q2 proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions
Do I submit ILR brp for this ?

Q3. When I upload passport copy, only the bio page is enough or do I also upload the last page containing the address ?

Q4. I have filled online application, two applicants me and spouse. It didn't ask for marriage certificate. Also nothing about P60 / payslips.

I was looking at paper application form which asked marriage certificate, P60 and payslips. Are they needed ?

Thank you. One last query.
I have list LIUK test pass reference. Called home office and they told me to mention the reference as 0000000 and include a cover letter.

I forgot to ask about NARIC certificate. I have last that too. Can I include that also in cover letter ? I do have transcript from my University. Will that (not submitting NARIC) impact my application ?

Could any one confirm NARIC is not a must and if I have lost it I can just provide a cover letter - HO should be able to validate based on my ILR.

Also another question -
One of the referee should be of professional standing - minister of religion, civil servant or member of professional body ? I do not know anyone in those e.g. professions. Can I provide two reference who both are UK citizens and IT professionals ?

Btw, the referee doesn't have to declare what his profession is in the form.

Well I would hope it would work out like that.
The difference between the two is that the result of the LIUK is sent directly to HO and hence a reference would work.
A B1 costs £150

Google the list of acceptable professions. YOU have to declare the referees profession and ur relationship with them on the form.
One British citizen and one professional.
