Returned IRP card cards, process to get them.back.

Hi, our IRP cards were returned from.temporary address on Oct 25th, we have written to Burgh quay ID but no luck , no response to any of our mails and reminders.
Any suggestions on the process and if it will help to go to the burgh quay office.

You can email them your issue. Go to INIS website and look for their email address depending on where you live.

Normally if you have specified email they will email you to come and collect the IRP cards in office (visa section). you need to go in person and produce your passport as proof.
