indefinite-leave-to-remain/tier-1-ent-a ... 81140.html
Good starting point.
Also read T1 ENT and continuous residence guidance. Start filling out dummy form.

Hi,
Thanks a lot. i wants to clarify one more thing which confused. History is as under.
Initial application 06/2014
Approved Tier1 16/07/2017
Ext Granted 25/06/2019 till 25/06/2021
5 Years completed on 07/2019 (Tier 1)
My Question
I going to apply my ILR application in March 2020, My question is what period i have to show of my 2 employees whether 12 months back from March 2020 (i.e Feb-2019 to March 2020) or June-2018 to June-2019 from the date of my visa granted.
Please clarify i am very confused.
regards

You claim the last 12 months from the date of your ILR

Approved Tier1 16/07/2017
How do you qualify for ilr in march 2020 if your initial visa was granted in 2017?
Your recent previous topic suggests you were applying for ilr based in long residence??

Why March 2020? Do you not have the required job creation?

That makes no sense.
On the face of it.. you obviously fulfil continuous residence requirement since June 2019 for ILR.
Do you have 2 full time jobs for the past 12 months from today?

Hi,
Yes i have 2 jobs since last 5 years, let me clear you why i am applying in March. My Ten years will be completing in March. My Family is also with me here from last 7 years Wife and three daughters (one born in uk). If i apply on 10 years basis then i have to fulfil the income requirement for my family in future and they have to wait three years as well for ilr. if i apply Tier1 basis they whole family will get ILR same time. Now question is why i am waiting for March, Reason God-forbid they refuse my visa on Tier1 then i will able to switch myself 10 years basis which will be completed on same time.
Hope you understand, if you have any other suggestion please advise me.
regards

Yes. It makes sense now.
The current decision timeline for Tier1 ent is 6 months under normal circumstances. For some there is a possibility of a complex letter after 6 months which adds months to the process.
The stress of waiting is quite torturous.
If I was you.. I’d have applied for Tier1 ILR in September to reach 10 year qualifying period.

Section 3C dose not kick in unless you have a pending undecided application AND your visa runs out. If you get rejected after visa expiry while on section 3C and apply for a new ILR application, then your section 3C will be terminated.
