HSMP applicantions to be Submitted in Islamabad ?

Friends, I just came to know, that all the HSMP applications from PAKISTAN will be submitted to British High Commission - Islamabad instead of Home Office, is this news Correct ?

Lot of things have changed about HSMP since June 30th. Its no longer called HSMP, its now called Tier One (General) Migrant.
