It seem to me that you tend to wait forever if you are divorced or going through divorce at the time of application.
Is there anyone in this forum who has divorced his or her EU spouse or going through divorce at the time of application who has received a decision?
Please update us it will really help many of us in the same boat. Many thanks

Initially i only send My expired RC Copy / Marriage Certificate Copy / EEA National ID copy .. System recognised i am eligible for Settled status with my NI number so i didn't send any residency proof from my side. and i also didn't send any residency proof from my EX and i mentioned that in the cover letter
then after 2 months i got an eMail and Call from Case worker asking for my Ex residency Proof. I told them i only have old joint bank statement and case worker told me you can send that one. So after 5 days i send them scan copy my old joint bank statement by Email. After 10 days i was granted Settled Status
