I had a valid tier 2 General visa until 2021 January (For 6 years - 3 years from 2015 & 3 years from 2018 ). 2019 November I was eligible to apply for ILR after completing 5 years of stay at the UK under Tier 2 General and I got my ILR last week. For my tier 2 General visa, I made the Immigration Health Surcharge payment up to 2021 January.
- Once I got my ILR before 2021 January, is it possible that Home Office will refund 1 year of Immigration Health Surcharge money back to me?
- If yes, to get Immigration Health Surcharge money do I need to reach Home Office with my immigration status?
