16 October 2019 - missed a second call as was at work in Belgium, this time voicemail left saying they would like to speak to me about the application & have some routine questions but that they will only try 'one' more time & that I must pick up.

17 October 2019 I stayed in one place all day in the Belgium Office to ensure I did not lose any network (what pressure), they finally called at 2.30pm, they said we need to verify some employment questions, asked how long it would take he said 10 mins maximum, I said sure go ahead, he asked me why I did not provide second income details? 17 October 2019 - 15 mins laters, I received a voicemail of which the content was, we will no longer require the call, as there was a mistake at our end where your application was being treated as Route B but having done some digging into your application we have been able to confirm it's Route A, therefore, sorry to disturb you whilst at work, your application has been moved for processing.

Good day everyone, it is day 48 today and just wanted to provide you with an update:

my husband received an email from VISAINFO.SHEFO@fco.gov.uk including the following:

"Dear xxxxxx

Thank you for your application for entry clearance for which you used the Submission Without Passport service. your application has now been assessed, please submit your passport to the Visa Application Centre where you submitted your application....."

We are assuming that his visa has been granted, hence the request to submit his passport in

we are happy but will be ecstatic once we see his actual visa on his passport.

He'll be submitting his passport tomorrow to the visa centre and I will update you all accordingly, best of luck for everyone

H

Application - settlement / Priority
Online application - 9th October
Biometrics appointment - 10th October
received application email - 5th November
Case not straightforward email - 18th November
Not worth paying for priority in my opinion.
