This thread is for the people who have made application to remain in the state under the section 3 ( humanitarian grounds )
To make it simple , please following the sample as below
Entry in the state : year / basis
June2013/ student
Brief immigration history : married to Eu citizen
For 3 years , relationship broke down.
Application submitted : March 2019
Outcome : waiting

Brief immigration history : married to Eu citizen- stamp4 EUFAM revoked
Application submitted : Feb 2018
Outcome : August 2019 Granted temporary stamp 1 (6 months) to apply critical skills work permit
