Applying for Skilled worker from another country

Hi friends,
One of my friend wants to apply for permanent residance on skilled worker category from UK. He does not live here but can come over for an interview etc. Initially he wants, his application should be submitted from here and latter he can come if needed. I want to know if this is possible.


If will be very greateful, if some one can provide information on that.

I do not think it is possible, you have apply from your country of residence. If he is a continuous residence of the UK for at least 12 months then he can apply. This is what I know, someone else can give more information.
