But if a T2 Migrant gets his HMRC Record corrected by contacting them, in cases such as wrong Income reported by the Sponsor, Incorrect Tax Code, getting the paid Income Tax for the Tax year corrected/updated etc., would that be treated the same as was for the T1 Category and impact ILR?
Many Thanks for your advice CR001.CR001 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2019 3:19 pmNo!!!anub2016 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2019 3:17 pmThanks CR001. Can you please continue your questions in your own topic you already have and where you have been receiving advice instead of tagging on and hijacking another members post which i already split from your original topic for the same reason!!anub2016 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2019 3:25 pmMany Thanks for your advice CR001.CR001 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2019 3:19 pmNo!!!anub2016 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2019 3:17 pmThanks CR001. What are the scenarios for a T2 Migrant then which could have an impact? Could you please advise?
Apologies CR001. I thought I am replying on my own Topic but didn't realise that I am tagging other user's post.
