Basically I’ve applied for a spouse visa for my wife to come from Pakistan to the Uk, has been 2 weeks today I’ve submitted my documents.my wife has recieved a call today from home office Islamabad and once she answered line got cut off what shall I do???

If they need anything they will call you again. Otherwise nothing to worry.

From which number this call was from? Landline number or mobile?
And how you know that this call was from home office?

because when I checked the number its a home office number. my mate submitted his 4 weeks ago and in 2 weeks he got a call from the homeoffice to collect the passport.

Home office only calls for an interview not for passport collection
VFS calls are for passport collections.
Spouse visa application takes 6 weeks if priority and 12 weeks if standard.
