Hi ,

I have recieved HSMP approval letter and planning to apply for visa soon.

According to Transitional arrangements for those with a HSMP approval letter then we need to make the Tier 1 (General) Migrant application.

I have filled two forms

1) PBS Form (VAF9 JUL 2008) Personel details
2) PBS Form (VAF9 JUL 2008) Appendix 1: Tier1 (General) Migrant Self Assesment

Apart from these two forms do we need to fill any other form. I really appreciate if some one give clarification on the above.
