If someone has not received ref # and CC also not charged.....be ready to get ur documents back.
As I applied on 31 March.............but they send me back documnets with a letter stating that I posted after 31 March so I must include revised fee.
I have plenty of evidences to show that I posted on 31 March. The cut-off point was 1st April 2005 12:01 am as mentioned on their website.
They didnt bother to see the airway bill (receivers copy).....the leter I received is unsigned and has no ref. #.....seems highly non-professional way of handling things.
What should I do:
Option1: To send back application documenst with evidence that earlier application was psoted on 31 March.
Option2: To send a fresh application with revised fee
